ShiftBlast Terms of Use

By downloading or using ShiftBlast (the "app") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

ShiftBlast grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on any iOS device that you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules of Apple's Standard EULA for licensed applications, which is incorporated by reference.

Subscriptions

• ShiftBlast Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The price is shown on the in-app paywall before purchase.
• Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial before the first paid monthly period begins.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to the App Store policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

Privacy

Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
